Case and Eleanor A. MCC. Gamble, expert critics, lavish of their time and their interest; and to one other - the brilliant, young sociologist, Carleton H. Parker, who throughout his life devoted his great gifts of eager scholarship, of keen judgment, and of human fellowship to all who turned to him, to his friends, his students, the industrial workers whom he understood, the state and country which he served.
