Description
Oliver “Tuku” Mtukudzi, was a Zimbabwean musician. His surname translated into his native language of Shona means “one who makes one rich” and during the course of his lifetime, he did that by using his voice to enrich many souls across the world.
The central theme of all of his art was the Zimbabwean philosophy of “hunhu” - humanity as an expression of love, peace, unity, respect, and tolerance.
His story reminds us of the importance of using your intuition, self-empowerment, and being of service to others on the journey to following your dreams.
